Diane wears many hats at Kadyl and is a true asset to our company. Among other things, she keeps our drivers compliant and up to date with all required paperwork and services on the trucks. In addition to that, she supervises over all of the office manager duties and assists in accounting as well. In her free time, Diane enjoys spending time with her husband Scott, two sons and daughter.

Carter Wattenhofer

Carter is a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota-Morris. Carter joins the team full time after spending two
summers interning and learning the ropes. Carter is a great athlete and spends his free time golfing, playing softball,
and shooting trap. We are pumped to have Carter on the team.

Clint Penk
President and CEO of Kadyl Inc and Kadyl Logistics Inc
With over 25 years in transportation, Clint has seen most of what this industry has to offer. In 2005 Clint started Kadyl Companies in his hometown of Litchfield, MN with his father, Dick. Clint hauls it all but specializes in produce and milk products. Clint provides a fantastic work environment for all his employees. He enjoys time with his wife Jodi, three sons and daughter. Clint is an avid outdoorsman and is generous with his free time volunteering for many youth sports organizations.

Congratulations on your Retirement, Dick and Roxy!!
After more than 40 years in the transportation industry, Dick and Roxy Penk decided to pursue a well deserved retirement. They are enjoying a lot of travel as well as putting miles on one of their vintage muscle cars. Dick is also heavily involved in the Litchfield wrestling program as a youth coach, announcer and radio broadcaster. Whether it is boating on the lake, hosting a family get-together or watching the grandkids at their sporting activities, the Penks are enjoying life to the fullest.
Blayne Johnson
Account Manager
Blayne joined Kadyl in 2017 and has quickly grasped the transportation industry. He has become a go to resource for everything from rate quotes to service options. He received his Bachelor's degree in 2010 from South Dakota State and moved back to Litchfield, MN where he currently lives with his wife Katie and their two young daughters and newborn son. When he isn’t busy keeping the family entertained and watching them grow he enjoys spending his free time hunting, fishing, camping and playing a variety of sports.

Amy Rothstein
Chief Financial Officer
Amy is the head accountant and primary source for all things in that realm. She handles the payment of carriers as well as the collection of money from customers. Amy is exceptional in her role and we are lucky to have her here at Kadyl. She is a Litchfield native and Amy has a very busy life outside of work with her husband Ryan and their four young children. They keep her on the run while going around to their sports and activities.

A.J. Neutzling
Account Manager/Dispatcher
A.J. is an expert in refrigerated and dry van freight. He manages customer accounts as well as handles most of the asset truck dispatching. With over 20 years of experience, A.J. gets the job done for both his clients and for his drivers and Kadyl would not be the same without him. When not in the office he enjoys hanging out with family and friends. His favorite activities include hunting, fishing and camping.

Marcus Buschette
Account Manger/Information Technology
Marcus has worked in the transportation industry for almost a decade and in that time has acquired a wide array of skills. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from St Cloud State University and now runs the Kadyl open trailer division. In his free time you can find Marcus at sporting events, attending concerts, or on the golf course. He is a member of the Litchfield Baseball Board and Litchfield Football Goal Line Club and is the voice for Litchfield Blues amateur baseball team.
